Responsible for all aspects of the child and family system programs including day-to-day operations, project management, and contract compliance.
Lead preparation of final program and financial reports for submission to management or outside agencies.
Prepare and analyze program financial statements, expenditures, and budgets for management or outside agencies.
Coordinate with families, providers and services related to bereavement support and injury prevention education.
Education:* Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:* Three (3) years child and/or family program coordination experience.

Overview A Child Support Program Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to families in obtaining and maintaining child support payments. They are responsible for helping families to establish paternity, locate non-custodial parents, and enforce court orders. They also provide information and assistance to custodial parents regarding their rights and responsibilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience working in a child support program
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to child support
