Detailed Job Description Child Interventionists work with children and families to identify and address issues related to child development, behavior, and mental health. They provide support and guidance to families, helping them to create a safe and nurturing environment for their children. They assess the needs of the family and develop individualized plans to address those needs. They provide counseling and therapy to children and families, as well as referrals to other professionals and resources. They also provide education and support to parents and caregivers on topics such as parenting skills, communication, and problem-solving. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
• Licensure or certification in the field preferred
