They also provide resources and support to families in order to help them create a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Detailed Job Description Child Care Interventionists are responsible for providing support and guidance to families and children in order to improve the quality of life for the child and family. They work with families to identify and address any issues that may be impacting the child’s development, such as mental health, behavioral, or educational issues. They also provide resources and support to families in order to help them create a safe and nurturing environment for their children. They may also provide individual and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention services. Job Skills Required
