Overview:

The CTO is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and partners to ensure the successful implementation of the organization's transformation initiatives.

Detailed Job Description:

The Chief Transformation Officer is responsible for leading and managing the organization's transformation initiatives. This includes developing and executing strategies to drive organizational change, implementing new processes, technologies, and systems, and developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and partners. The CTO is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the organization's transformation initiatives and providing feedback to senior management.
