Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief

Ensures that personnel assigned to perform tasks are qualified to perform the task and identifies training requirements.
Provides for the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSQCM and establishes assignments to relieving crews.
Collaborates with the assigned Customer Projects manager for Work Order Squawk Form approval and authorization for overtime.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or CPM.
Attends the customer debrief for all aircraft assigned.
Monitors all work performed by the crew to ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and is airworthy.
