Chief Bldg Engineer Supervisor Jobs

Capability to follow satellite accumulation rules and requirements.

Proficiency to recognize hazardous wastes in your area and manage properly.

Performs analyses and chemical treatment of boiler water.

Operates and maintains boiler, heat exchanger, RO and feedwater systems.

Performs minor maintenance and repair to boiler systems.

Interacts with JCI and ChemDesign employees when issues occur with operation.

Maintains ongoing communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors.

Building Management, Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management, Property Management

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

Recommends and implements improvements for preventative maintenance programs on an ongoing basis and develop/maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
