Chief Venture Advisor - Massive Alliance

Where we are looking for help:

Strong people management and team leadership skills; hiring and firing responsibility.

Deep knowledge of the educational market, competitors, sales channels, and end user needs

Consistently demonstrate effective leadership and mentoring skills to build the capacity of both the internal staff and external consultants and experts.

Work with Marketing and Content Development to manage product positioning and assist in new product launches.

10+ years of increasing responsibility in education or educational publishing.

Master’s degree in education or related field

Maintain expert knowledge of the University's academic programs, general education curriculum, student transfer policies, and relevant academic and student policies.

Manage and administer day-to-day operations of the SOE Undergraduate Advising Office.

Maintain working knowledge of various forms of student financial assistance programs.

Serve as an informed and enthusiastic ambassador for the School of Education's undergraduate degree programs.

Master's degree in education or closely-related field.

2-3 year's experience with academic advising at a four-year institution or higher.
