Basic math and computer operation skills

2 years of warehouse experience preferred, not required.

Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred, not required.

Hearing abilities required for the use of voice pick warehouse program.

Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets and/or load directly into delivery truck.

Follow detailed instructions as indicated on routing and shipping documents.

6 months warehouse experience is preferred.

Identify products and fill orders from invoices

You must have strong attention to detail.

The position requires 7+ hours of standing per shift and lifting of up to 30lbs.

You are responsible for the following:

Pay rate: Training - $19.50, 100% Production - $24.00, With Incentives - up to $28.00.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 paid out in 2 payments- 1st payment at 90days, 2nd payment at 9 months.

Schedule: First Shift starting at 8:00AM - 4 Days per week - Off on Saturdays.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.

Performs damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy.

Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.

Qualifications Required of this Position:

Shift: 5am to 1:30pm/5 days a week!

Other duties as assigned by management.

6 months of previous warehouse experience preferred; or equivalent physical work experience in place of a degree.

Knowledge of safe lifting procedures, and food safety guidelines.

Skill in building pallets of products quickly, accurately and safely.

Ability to obtain the following licenses/certifications:

Department of Developmental Services - Medication Certification (to be obtained within six months of hire)

No prior experience required, but warehouse background preferred.

Must be able to obtain proper certification of powered industrial equipment

Must be 18 years of age

Must be able to pass the required training provided for the use of voice equipment

Possess the ability to retain information such as reading labels and work processes.

Must be able to read, write and understand basic instructions in the English language
