Blend raw materials using exact formula specifications and following all company and governmental regulations

Employee has the responsibility to report food safety hazards or concerns to their immediate supervisor.

Verify and set up all materials and products needed for batch.

Ensure product safety by following proper thawing and allergen control procedures.

Inspect and ensure the lot numbers accurately match the batch.

Comply with all safety and environmental regulations including GMP’s and OSHA.

Support the plant’s quality management systems and its compliance with pertinent quality standards.

Must have strong mathematical, problem solving skills, and computer skills. SAP experience preferred.

Knowledge of chemical operations and batch manufacturing preferred

Willing to cooperate in teamwork, share responsibilities, take direction and advice from others, and train others.

Able to plan and organize multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

3-5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred

Maintain a clean and organized workplace meeting the housekeeping standard established by the Operations Manager.

Perform minor maintenance activities on production equipment as directed by the Operations Manager.

Conduct DCS operation to manipulate equipment controlled by the DCS.

Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions

Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications

Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products

Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
