Overview Chat Specialists are customer service professionals who provide support to customers through online chat platforms. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information to customers. Detailed Job Description Chat Specialists are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers through online chat platforms, as well as provide helpful information and resources. Chat Specialists must also be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. Job Skills Required
