They are responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about the charity’s services and programs. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, and must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. They must also be able to maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
