Characterization Technician Jobs in Texas

Enters data into client-based software which is used to manage waste characterization data.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Confers with the client to obtain accurate and complete information to properly characterize waste.

Performs waste audits, waste tracking, sampling for waste analysis, develop procedures, and container labeling or placarding.

About AECOM’s Environment Business Line

Knowledge of compound semiconductor (preferably SiC) crystal growth methods, equipment and processes

Good reporting/documentation skills/ interpersonal/communication skills

Knowledge in use of computer tools for data analysis

Ability to train new or inexperienced operators or technicians to operate characterization equipment and processes

Experience with precision measurement methods and systems

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
