Serve as a liaison between families and the school to promote collaborative processes in educational planning for students.

Experience working with students who identify as LGBTQI population, engage in substance abuse, and trauma reactive students.

Serve on school-based committees to address educational issues, attendance avoidance, adjustment problems, safety issues, and program development for students.

Manages inventory of therapeutic equipment and assessments, and project needs for.budget planning.

Participate in IEP meetings, and 3-year re-evaluations, as required throughout the school year.

Track data on a weekly basis as means of accurately updating quarterly benchmarks related to IEP goals at designated times.

Consult with, collaborate, and interact with school team regarding recommendations throughout the school year.

Participate and facilitate onboarding, annual and in-house professional development,and trainings throughout the school year.

Provide support, resources, and recommendations for classrooms on caseload as needed throughout the school year.

Salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.

If licensure is CADC, must complete 40 hours of continuing education biennially.

If licensure is not CADC, must complete required continuing education hours as required to maintain the other licensure.

Two (2) years of experience providing alcohol and substance abuse counseling services

Intake and assessment experience is preferred

Must possess strong computer skills

Provide individual and group counseling.

Set and maintain schedule for classroom observations, and SEL lessons

Schedule and lead parent meetings

Review, articulate, and facilitate IEP/ICEPs for students.

Provide progress monitoring and evidenced-based interventions for behavioral/social needs
