They must be knowledgeable about the different types of insurance policies available and be able to explain the various coverage options to clients. CINs must also be able to assess the client’s needs and recommend the best coverage for their situation. They must be able to explain the benefits and drawbacks of each policy and help the client make an informed decision. CINs must also be able to provide advice and assistance to clients in filing claims and resolving disputes with insurance companies. They must be able to review and interpret policy documents and explain the coverage to clients. CINs must also be able to assist clients in understanding the claims process and provide guidance on how to best pursue a claim. Job Skills Required
