3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

Understand and teach current standards, policies and requirements

3+ years of Leadership experience (people, teams, projects, etc.)

3+ years of experience using or managing root cause analysis and corrective action.

3+ years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment

Responsible for escalating issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolve

Decisions are guided by business outcome, product needs and business plans that are agreed upon by upper management

Ability to drive conflict resolution between stakeholders, including senior management and cross functional teams

Responsible for performance management of team members, including disciplinary actions and hire/fire decisions/ recommendations

Monitors and manages support and operational metrics and trends for management areas

Senior Manager oversees and supports RCA cycles, reviews management level reports related to issues and escalations

Team management – experience managing people, both directly and indirectly is required and experience scaling an organization is needed

Cloud strategy and cost management
