Manage the CEO’s personal life: appointments, chef operations, styling, hair and makeup, home needs, and travel arrangements.

Manage all aspects of the CEO’s travel, including booking, rescheduling, tracking transportation, lodging, dining reservations, security arrangements, and packing, etc.

85K plus Health Benefits and OT

Establish and maintain operational systems for various functions.

Heavy volume of travel with the CEO is required.

Act as the main point of contact for the principal’s team, security, publicists, and other stakeholders during events.

Ability to pass state required licensing exam (requirements vary per state)

Bachelor's Degree, preferred - MBA/MHA a plus

Training Locations could include: DFW Area, Austin, San Antonio, Lubbock, Abilene etc.
