Acts as a resource to staff; assesses the need for, plans, and coordinates priority educational offerings and skills training for staff.

Delegates appropriate responsibility and authority to staff according to relevant job descriptions and individual capabilities.

Evaluates department staffing/scheduling requirements, taking into account requests for holiday/vacation time; recommends appropriate use of perdiem staff.

Performs a variety of administrative functions to coordinate, supervise, and monitor department operations under the direction of theManager.

3 years Central Sterile experience.
