Answer incoming calls regarding Education programs.

One year of experience in an office or call center setting providing customer service via telephone and email.

Experience with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals

Solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently and problem solve

Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

Run daily reports for Reservations department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager & Department Head.

Process Employee Comp requests; handle Friends & Family requests with guidance from Department Head or Assistant Manager.

Three to twelve months of previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience required or High Volume Call Center.

Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.

Answer General Reservations e-mails, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.

2. Coordinates and cooperates with other Call Center Management, Call Center team members, and hotel personnel.

Remote/Virtual Position: Must be within 1 hour drive from Cape Girardeau Corporate Office

2. Uses suggestive selling skills and company sales programs to maximize revenue.

5. Has knowledge of current marketing programs, special rates and promotions applicable to hotels.
