Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience with systems for proposal and sponsored project management (JustGrants.gov, grants.gov, grantsolutions.gov, foundation portals, etc.)

Experience collaborating closely with senior management to set, measure, and achieve organizational goals, and building relationships with internal and external colleagues

Manage the overall operations portfolio of the Center.

Supervise and manage the workflow of an operations team.

Create and manage system for delegation of operations work across team members, including oversight across team members’ work.
