Catering professionals are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, as well as providing food and beverage services. Detailed Job Description Catering professionals are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, as well as providing food and beverage services. They must be able to work with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and then create a menu and plan that meets those needs. They must also be able to manage the budget and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available. On the day of the event, they must be able to set up the venue, serve the food and drinks, and clean up afterwards. Catering Job Skills Required
