10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing procurement teams.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements related to packaging and medical devices.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance, to align category strategies with business needs and timelines.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, particularly in complex supplier interactions.
