Responsible for maintenance of electronic medical records, assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards

Administer physician ordered medication to resident's and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the Clinical Director
Verify identity of residents receiving medication and record name of drug, dosage, route, and time of administration on electronic MAR
Presents medication to resident and observes administration of medication, using specified procedures
