Six (6) months of general cleaning experience

Experience with professional cleaning equipment

Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment

Sweeps and removes all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floor

Prepare bank deposit subject to Managers inspection & approval.

Notify Assistant Manager and or Manager of cash shortages.

Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the state of Montana

Customer service to include handling and screening of telephone calls.

Effectively prioritize and organize office tasks to be accomplished.

Security of all casino assets. Control of casino cash fund, and inventories. Audit shift reports.

Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Ensures the use of all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Maintains strict adherence to all OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Interacts with guests and other departments in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsible for Guest safety and satisfaction by ensuring approved standards of cleanliness throughout the casino.

Responsible for advising maintenance of repairs and replacements necessary in assigned areas.

Monitors and replenishes office supplies; aids in financial management of property administration. ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT

Effectively relates ideas for improvements to supervisor and management in accordance with chain of command.

Provides assistance and represents the General Manager as appropriate in communicating with internal and external constituents.

Schedules appointments and makes travel arrangements for the General Manager and other staff as assigned.

May assist General Manager in responding to audits and gathering information for compliance reports. BUSINESS GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT

General knowledge of cleaning requirements in the hospitality industry

Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping Experience in the hospitality industry preferred

Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance

You will stock housekeeping supplies when delivered.

Always uses the correct cleaning chemicals for designated areas/surfaces, according to OSHA and management requirements

Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with departmental policies, services, procedures and standards

Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience within the Hospitality industry in a similar role or position

Preferred experience in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel

Excellent communication skills with a willingness to assist any guest or fellow co-worker in need

Continuously maintain the cleanliness “sanitization” of all public area restrooms

Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.

Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.

Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms.

Cleans restrooms multiple times each day, to include floor and fixtures.

Clean all gaming devices, tables, and chairs associated with the casino floor.

Remove trash from the gaming area and clean ash trays.

Clean all associated support areas to include back of the house offices and restrooms as needed.

Complete daily projects in areas of hotel, kitchen or as directed.

Provide restorative services when emergencies arise, to include working alternate hours.
