Casino Assist Manager Jobs

Write and communicate product requirements to relevant internal and external teams, including design and development

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and work alongside them to meet product goals

3-5 years of experience in a product, project or development role.

Product experience within the online casino/iGaming space strongly preferred

The Casino Management may assign a Pit Supervisor other duties outside the Casino Operation.

Advise Casino Management of patron complaints and/or gaming disputes.

Provide accurate assessments and evaluations of dealing staff to Casino Management.

Responsible for the Supervision of the Casino Operation within an assigned area.

Ensure all of the Dealers follow the directives as set down in the Casino Operations Manual.

Ensure Dealers execute correct settlement of wagers and perform financial transactions accurately.

Oversees and supervises the day-to day operations of the cruise ship casino as directed by the Casino Manager

Reviews schedules to estimate timeframes and to ensure speed and efficiency for the specific tasks

Supervises the financial aspects of the cruise ship casino operations, including the successful identification of expense reduction through cost control

Knowledge and experience with Windows based applications such as: MSOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and various internet browsers.

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience

Marketing development and call center supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Outstanding analytical and organizational skills

Conflict resolution and judgmental skills

Spend considerable time in the operations MBWA (Management By Walking Around), auditing performance and functionality.

Initiate, prepare, review and comment on special operational reports and present to executive management as directed.

Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Casino General Manager in a high-end resort.

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited University, in Business or Hospitality Management or other related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to forecast, budget, create and manage controls and policies, analyze trends, course correct, and deliver results.

Ability to prep liquor store for liquor audits and full knowledge of how to do a liquor audit.

Prepare bank deposit subject to Managers inspection & approval.

Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and in the absence of a manager.

Able to take over and handle all manager tasks in the absence of the manager.

Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the state of Montana

Customer service to include handling and screening of telephone calls.

Ability to prep liquor store for liquor audits and full knowledge of how to do a liquor audit.

Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and in the absence of a manager.

Able to take over and handle all manager tasks in the absence of the manager.

Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the state of Montana

Customer service to include handling and screening of telephone calls.

Customer service to include communicating with customers, resolve complaints and inquiries.

Daily bookwork using computer to record employee information, inventory and sale information.

Fill in for absent employee.

Answer telephone and screen calls.

Light maintenance and cleaning of store and restrooms.

Effectively prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on casino tasks to be accomplished.

Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;

Experience managing supervisors or first-time managers (3+ years);

Financial basic knowledge and budgeting experience;

Manage employee expectation and eventual requests

Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable

Experience and ability to optimize studio operations applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies;
