Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to work in a team environment

Able to provide excellent guest service

Must be willing to undergo a background check if you're 18 or older

Will need to have reliable transportation to the stadium

Will need to be TABC (Alcohol Seller-Server) certified, which we will help facilitate

This is an entry-level position, no experience is required;

Cash-handling experience, food preparation experience, and/or a basic understanding of modern office practices depending on assigned area.

Pool Cashiers: Operate a cash register to collect admission fees at a variety of outdoor pool locations.

Fieldhouse Cashiers: Operate a cash register to collect admission fees at gate.

Greeting customers. As the first point of contact, the Cashier’s attitude is vital to the customer’s experience.

Knowledge of products and menu items so that customer questions can be answered accurately.

Demonstrating accuracy and speed for optimal customer service and ensuring that the kitchen creates error-free food.

Helping people get their orders placed as quickly as possible, in a diplomatic and friendly way.

When not needed at the register, this person will step into various support roles including:

Cleaning and tidying, and general side-work labor as defined by the GM.

Pay is based on experience

Greet customers that come through your line, and interact with them

Make sure all transactions are completely correctly, and in a timely manner

Handle customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Energetic, friendly personality is a must
