Case Managers – Youth Housing are responsible for providing support and guidance to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They work with clients to develop and implement plans to help them find and maintain stable housing, access resources, and develop life skills. Case Managers – Youth Housing must be able to assess the needs of their clients and develop individualized plans to meet those needs. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and landlords. They must also be able to provide crisis intervention and support to their clients.
