Provides case management, including enhancement of adult daily living skills such as self-care, nutrition, and sanitary skills
Facilitates relationships between resident and landlord/property manager, and advocates for residents when necessary.
Supports and encourages resident participation in educational or vocational programs.
This position is responsible for coordinating services for recovery, employment, education, support groups, and housing.
Assists residents in obtaining housing that meets standards of quality set by HUD
Visits apartments at least twice a month with actual time frames determined by resident needs.

They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and landlords. They must also be able to provide crisis intervention and support to their clients.
