Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, modify, and evaluate client care plans.

Administer medications and intravenous fluids and monitor client for reactions or side effects.

Document and record resident observations and health-related information in electronic systems.

Observe and supervise licensed nurses and nurses' aides or assistants to ensure proper nursing care delivery.

Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries and instructions.
