Assists the case management team in completing tasks, monitoring emails, and preparing communication
Maintains and updates case files, records, and documents in the online case management system (PRISM).
Ensures confidentiality of case information and case records; adheres to the AAA’s information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
Understands and complies with AAA billing, disbursement and collection policies and practices.
Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.
Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions.

They are responsible for helping to coordinate patient care, providing administrative support, and assisting with the development of care plans. Detailed Job Description Case Manager Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Case Managers. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating patient care. They also assist with the development of care plans, ensuring that all necessary services are provided. Additionally, Case Manager Assistants may provide assistance with patient education, provide referrals to other healthcare providers, and provide support to family members. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in computer software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or other related field is a plus
