Dog Care Staff Member Jobs

Work closely with WorkForce management to find proper scheduling blocks based on the need of the business.

Teach and motivate the leadership team to actively participate in call floor programs as discussed by management.

Review and request agent needs, areas of concern, and certification information.

Have working knowledge of web based computer systems.

Administer corrective actions for any item that is detrimental to providing the customer with the best experience possible.

Help encourage a positive and professional work environment.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred

Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.

Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

1 year of experience in a client services/customer support industry is required.

Dog & Cat Care Specialist Qualifications:

Dog & Cat Care Specialist Physical Requirements:

High School graduate or GED equivalent is required.

Competency in using Google Suite products (Gmail, Google Docs and Sheets) or Microsoft Word and Excel is strongly preferred.

Work closely with your supervisors and manager to help lead our care teams

Manage workflows/processes, competencies, staffing models, and metrics for each of your teams

Partner with training and Customer Success Managers to provide feedback and/or guidance on training needs

Healthcare experience strongly preferred and a minimum of 5 years professional experience

Prior experience managing operations, budgeting, and forecasting

Experience creating new processes and modifying existing processes to meet business needs

Experience coordinating member medical related needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs
