Card Dealer Jobs in Texas

Minimum one (1) year dealing experience preferred.

At least 7 years of program or portfolio management experience

At least 5 years of people management experience

10+ years of technical project management, program management, or process management experience

Work with dynamic teams on Departmental Process Management & Execution

Manage large, complex, programs by leading teams to deliver, enhance, and operate solutions and drive integration.

Use analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Improvement, Process Design & Process Excellence

Previous remote work from home experience preferred

Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience

Previous 1 year call center or office background experience

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Supply chain is highly preferred

Work Experience: 2+ years of experience with corporate credit card program administration

Assists cardholders, supervisors, pre-pay auditors, and more with declined transactions

Troubleshoots and identifies other card-related issues

Lead contact for external and internal audits related to corporate credit card program

Prepares and distributes required communications to cardholders regarding initial aspects of the card program, card application, system access, training, and more
