Detailed Job Description:

The Campus Ministries Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Campus Ministries department. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, programs, and activities
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Assisting with budgeting and financial management
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional materials
• Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of volunteers
• Assisting with the development and implementation of outreach initiatives
• Assisting with the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives
• Assisting with the development and implementation of student leadership programs
• Assisting with the development and implementation of spiritual formation programs
