On Call Stylist Jobs in Washington

Strong organizational and time management skills and extreme attention to detail

Setup and coordinate new consultant and subcontractor agreements; manage and track consultant/subcontractor invoices for numerous projects.

Serve as a point of contact with independent consultants, vendors, project managers, and some federal clients.

3+ years professional experience supporting subcontracts, invoices, and procurement activities, and operational components of projects

3+ years Federal government experience

US Citizenship is required per federal contract requirement.

5+ years of desktop publishing experience

Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel (formatting and page setup features), and PowerPoint

Advanced experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro

Extensive knowledge using styles to format Word documents and developing templates for large, complex documents

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge of grammar and punctuation
