Oversees and ensure knowledge transfer between SI and state EEs

• Transform business operations and solve business problems

• Establishes performance metrices, measures workstream performance and rectify as necessary

• Assist with technical specifications to translate business into technical specs

• Coach, mentor and advise

• Present to agency stakeholders

Excellent organizational, project/program management skills with proven experience driving large, dynamic programs with a sense of urgency.

Escalates program risks to TPO and / or CAO Management, when appropriate

Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure that the provided documentation is sufficient to meet process requirements

5-10 years of experience, Data transformation experience a plus

Project manage requirements gathering and onsite change management for key software technology deployments at new / existing farm locations.

Play a central role in new farm Warehouse Management System requirements, process changes, and associated on-the-ground implementation.

Change management and training experience.

Experience with Maintenance Management Systems, such as Upkeep, not required, but helpful.

Ability to travel to onsite farm locations to oversee / conduct installation, training and change management.

Work with internal IT stakeholders to manage device configurations.
