Business Line Regulatory Review Rep 3 Jobs

Manage the ECMS submission process to ensure all content metadata and deliverables are included within project requirements.

Maintain organized project management related information and provide to appropriate stakeholders.

Coordinate and provide communication updates to user groups, management, and project teams.

Perform Electronic Content Management System (ECMS) trainings to new system users.

Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Manage multiple shared inboxes related to the MLR process.

• Manage all phases of testing, and underlying reconciliation to source data.

• Review system data flows and be able to identify issues and offer solutions.

• Work closely with Data Group Office to identify, and document data quality issues and offer solutions.

• 10+ years financial/regulatory and/or accounting experience required.

• Knowledge of objectives and content of U.S. regulatory reporting.

• 3+ years’ experience with capital markets products.
