This includes monitoring and reporting suspicious activity, conducting customer due diligence, and providing guidance and training to other staff members. The BSA Officer is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the BSA and other applicable regulations. They must also stay up to date on changes in the regulatory environment and ensure that the institution is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
