They are responsible for ensuring that the broadband network is functioning properly and providing the best possible service to customers. Detailed Job Description Broadband Test Engineers are responsible for testing and troubleshooting broadband technologies, such as cable, DSL, and fiber optics. They must be knowledgeable in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband networks. They must be able to identify and resolve problems quickly and accurately. They must be able to work with customers to ensure that their broadband service is functioning properly. They must also be able to provide technical support to customers when needed.
