Send reports to the supervisor

Document all repairs and keep detailed notes of work performed

Keep track of all material costs

Perform general property repairs including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC

Make Ready - repairs units prior to new tenant move-in

Extraordinary Time Management and Organizational skills

Solid experience with on-premise and off-premise alcohol sales

Building relationships with our distributor sales reps and managers in the market, and helping them in regards to Fire Maker Products

Must have great problem solving, adaptability, and customer service skills

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc..)

Ability to manage and coordinate all cellar activities

Knowledge of yeast cell counts and pitching

Conduct regular CIP and sanitation of fermenters and brite tanks

Inform Head Brewer promptly of any issues

Help with the preparation and packaging of daily orders

Have an obsession with maintaining a clean production facility
