Background in production, PR, media, video or similar and/or experience working on photo/video sets (preferred, but not mandatory)

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Coordinate shoot orders and deliveries for: gear, props, furniture and crafty

Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

Perform market analysis and research on competition

Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Assisting in organizing incoming consignment pieces

Cataloging and preparing new merchandise for copywriting, authentication and condition checking

Assisting the brand marketing director in all photo shoot activities including styling sessions, model market research and set design

Assist the Dora Maar team on in-studio photo shoots

Create curations and looks for creative and marketing assets

Assist the Dora Maar team in consignor relations communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fully support company’s PR strategy and execute it in different phases

Create and curate engaging content

Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients
