Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and UX, to address support-related issues and provide feedback

Conduct training sessions, ensuring users are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively use Contentful and leverage its features and capabilities

Strong experience and expertise in Contentful or comparable headless CMS, including an understanding of its features, capabilities, and best practices

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Zendesk experience is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Experience with modern b2b MarTech, performance marketing, and reporting/attribution tools.

2+ years experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot, Marketo, etc).

Confirmed experience in driving Sales/Marketing alignment and being accountable to a Marketing sourced pipeline target.

Strong experience in collaborating effectively with key Sales/Marketing stakeholders and leading by influence.

Proven track record creating email and ad campaigns.
