Boise Outlet R0249 is a retail sales associate position. The job requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail experience, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Knowledge of retail operations, product knowledge, and cash handling experience are also beneficial. Experience in customer service, sales, and merchandising is preferred.
