They must inspect, operate, and maintain boilers, pumps, valves, and other related equipment. Boiler Plant Workers must also be able to troubleshoot and repair any problems that arise with the boilers. They must also ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Boiler Plant Workers must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be familiar with the operation of various types of boilers.
