Lead hands-on tooling validation and verification activities, ensuring that jigs, fixtures, and gauges meet dimensional requirements.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices with cross-functional teams, enhancing overall team capabilities.

Develop, validate, and incorporate total vehicle Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.

Track and report on all program dimensional specification requirements and progress towards 100% compliance.

Design for Manufacturing, Best Practices, Exterior/Interior Development Processes, Packaging, Continuous Improvement, and Aesthetic Design knowledge are required.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or equivilent experience

Prioritize work flow through effective communication with management staff

Create specific weldment set-ups and fixturing to meet geometric requirements

3+years of experience of welding/fabrication preferred

Basic computer navigation and utilization skills preferred

High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

Relevant technical or vocational training or certification preferred

1st Shift: 6am - 3pm

2nd Shift: 12pm - 8:30pm
