History of strong problem solving and leadership skills

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of robotics (Kuka), PLC, welding, gluing, metal finish, ultrasonic weld inspection,

Machine feeding, set ups, operation of automated and robotic welding machines

Ensures equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and OEE by relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

May train and support less experienced engineers and team members.

Proposes and manages medium-scale projects from beginning to end. May scope and manage large capital investment projects (>$5M)

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant degree required. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

5 years plus of relevant experience required, strongly preferring automotive environment including experience with:

PLC experience such as; Siemens S7 Tia portal

Willingness to perform tasks as instructed by the team lead, shop foreman, and service manager.

Previous experience as a Lube Technician a plus!

Great hourly pay - Up to $18 per hour!
