Biomedical Data Analyst Jobs

Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, biostatistics, engineering, or other quantitative fields with practical experience in an industrial or research setting.

Working experience with R and Python program languages to analyze large high-dimensional and multi-modal datasets.

Strong written/verbal technical communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS), PostgreSQL, Docker

Maintain deep knowledge of the relevant state-of-the-art methods

Extensive experience with various services of Cloud Computing (AWS)

Experience with software engineering frameworks

Excellent coding skills in Python (e.g.,Pandas, Spark, Jupyter)

Experience with biomedical sensors/platforms for measuring physiological signals in the health, wellness and/or fitness realms

Workflow orchestrations (e.g., Airflow, Luigi)

Designing and maintaining (non-)relational databases (e.g. Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB) and file systems (e.g. Parquet, CSV, JSON)

Great understanding of infrastructure designs

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience

1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience

Screening available and suitable dataset which could be used for early stage breast cancer diagnosis

Compile and analyze data to distinguish those cancer samples from normal control ones

Use AI model to validate and process the data for classification and validation

Proficient in python, R or C++
