Bioinformatics Data Manager Jobs

Works closely with the Principal Investigator to manage, analyze, and interpret data.

Biostatistics, Genetics, Computer Science, or a related field with no prior experience in bioinformatics analysis.

Demonstrated experience in utilizing high-performance clusters.

Experience with applying statistical methods.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams of clinicians and scientists.

Execute standardized and automated analysis pipelines.

Experienced bioinformatician with a background in processing genomic data.

Some experience in biology or genomics

Excellent written, documentation, and oral communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree in in computer science, data science or relevant field and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Fluency in a scripting language (e.g. Python or Perl)

Recent graduates with college or masters degrees in bioinformatics or computer science more
