Billing Rate Analyst Jobs in Indiana

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience using Excel Data analysis Functions, scripts, reports, and charts

Experience with Data Preparation for Reports and Dashboards

Business Intelligence experience, Data Warehouse and Reporting

Experience establishing Connections with different Data Sources

Experience with ETL frameworks and online analytical processing (OLAP)

Experience using either SAS or R.

Broad knowledge of data analysis, analytics, or statistics or demonstrated ability to learn

Experience with data manipulation, including cleansing, standardizing, and transforming preferred

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau

Applicant must have 2 years of relevant experience with the following:

Data analytics with public health data

Administrative Experience in role involving complex, technical tasks, including program management and leadership skills.

Ability to resolve conflict constructively, strong performance management and evaluation capabilities

Excellent written, computer and verbal communication skills.

High level of computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Applicant must have 2 years of relevant experience with the following:

Willingness and ability to ensure accountability, ability to build strong relationships both inside and outside of Health Issues and Challenges grant

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred. Minimum 3 years billing, finance or relevant business experience.

Excel and/or Microsoft Access skills to support data analysis.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Energy background / Energy billing experience ideal.

Ability to prioritize, plan proactively, manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively.

Effective problem-solving skills: ability to identify alternatives and develop unique solutions.

Ability and/or willingness to gain specialized knowledge of health communication, health education, etc.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Ability and willingness to gain a knowledge of the organization and function of state and local health agencies.

Experience with maternal, child, and infant health

Demonstrated experience with managing multiple ongoing projects while successfully completing work assignments in a timely manner

Ability and/or willingness to learn to communicate complex public health theories and principles, both orally and in writing.

• Communicates regularly with the Senior Billing Manager concerning all functions of their daily responsibilities.

• Forward requests for set up of clients new to e-billing to E-Billing Manager

• Be prepared to review rejections and short payments with E-Billing Manager during monthly meeting

• Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of legal billing experience required.

• Provide excellent customer service while completing daily tasks.
