Overview A Biller is responsible for processing and managing customer invoices and payments. They are responsible for ensuring that all customer payments are received and recorded accurately and in a timely manner. They also work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies. Detailed Job Description A Biller is responsible for processing and managing customer invoices and payments. They are responsible for ensuring that all customer payments are received and recorded accurately and in a timely manner. They also work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies. They must be able to accurately enter data into the company’s billing system and keep accurate records of all customer payments. They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and other departments to ensure that all customer payments are received and processed correctly.
