Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Strong analytical skills – ability to diagnose complex problems and issues with data not easily understood

Strong computer skills – ability to access and research complex medical procedures and terminology

Ability to work effectively and independently without supervision in a remote setting

Manages complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School education or comparable work experience

Experience with various computer programs and data entry skills

Meets quality and productivity goals and established requirements.

Medical billing and terminology experience
