Bilingual Transcription Specialist Jobs

A minimum of 5 years of experience in document retrieval, database management and transcriptionist services.

Update and maintain the USFWSMA training records in the DOI Learning Management Systems such as DOI Learn.

For on-site courses, coordinate logistics with NCTC's Scheduling and Event Management (SEM) Branch.

Museum Support Specialist (Data Entry/Transcription)

Inventory documents, images, books, pamphlets, personal papers, and films that come into the USFWSMA.

Retrieve documents, images, books, and films for researchers.

Develops procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory

Oversee and manage the inventory storage space in the warehouse to ensure sufficient space to store new product shipments

Ensure ERP data and technologies to manage and update their inventory records are correct

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

At least five years of experience in related area required

Assists with management of benefits Platform to ensure accuracy and maintenance of multiple plans set up.

Manages benefits inquires, complaints and issues to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution.

5-7 + years’ experience Human Resources, Benefits Administration

Collaborates with Payroll, Accounting and Legal Departments to ensure proper deductions and withholdings for employee benefits and/or related taxes.

Works closely with vendors for benefits programs administration.

Experience with Paycom and/or other HRIS / BAS systems

Must have knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA and other federal/regulatory requirements

Escalate to Account Manager or Pod Manager when knowledge base or tools are insufficient to satisfy inquiries

Properly utilize knowledge base to research and provide responses in an efficient and timely manner

Effective communication skills via telephone, email and in-person

Assumes other duties as assigned by Manager

Must value and promote team spirit, have outstanding interpersonal skill set; exhibit professionalism within the workplace

Minimum 4-year college degree, preferably in education, and prior teaching experience

Experience with childhood early literacy strongly preferred

Experience mentoring and coaching teachers and/or leaders

Tackle additional special project responsibilities as requested by the leadership team

Owns district-wide program implementations while meeting individual schools' and teachers' needs

Transcribe voicemails from the management team for blog, publications, social media

Transcribe voicemails from the management team for UniversalGiving policies/manuals

A Plus: Skills on finding photos for the transcriptions for blogs

Gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit

Transcribe Team Meetings/video and messages from the UniversalGiving leadership

Excellence in Writing, Grammar and Communications

Previous typing or data entry computer skills required.

Read questionnaires to determine type of comment.

Inputs written comments from surveys into software according to established guidelines.

Maintain acceptable comment processing performance standards.

Maintain acceptable accuracy according to established guidelines (99.5%)

Maintain acceptable speed according to established guidelines (55 words per minute).
